Meet the Founders
Cornerstone Behavioral Analysis was founded by two behaviorists who have been serving the community since 2012. Passionate about providing the best quality service possible for our clients with the goal of independence in mind, while also fostering a strong foundation and skillset for the therapists. The therapists' competence at Cornerstone Behavioral Analysis is ensured through ongoing training, supervision, and collaboration.

Clinical Director/ Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Founder
Gretel Diaz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Masterās degree in Psychology and a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Gretel started working in the field of applied behavior analysis in 2012. She has worked with children with different diagnoses and collaborated with different disciplines to create comprehensive treatment plans. Her passion for ABA and her love for children drive her work. She is constantly learning to incorporate new research-based technologies to become better in her profession and provide her clients with the best possible services.

Administrative Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Founder
Eimi Mejiaās career started early on before she even knew of the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Raised by parents who owned a successful dog training business in Japan, she was exposed to basic analyzing and changing behavior principles. She was then officially introduced to ABA in her undergraduate years at Florida International University and instantly became devoted to providing quality services to children with special needs. Since entering the field in 2015, she has worked with various families tailoring to their own particular needs. She specializes in early interventions, school-age children, and parent training. She is also passionate about providing a solid foundation and training for those who are entering the field.
