Eimi M. Trujillo
(Co-Founder, BCBA)

Originally from Japan, I moved to the U.S. in 2011 to pursue my career in Applied Behavior Analysis. As a wife and mother of three, my firsthand experience raising a family drives my compassionate, practical approach to caregiver support.
I bring over 10 years of experience in the ABA field. As a practice co-owner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I combine administrative leadership in operations and compliance with clinical expertise in comprehensive behavioral treatments and caregiver consultation. Fluent in English and Japanese, I am passionate about delivering culturally responsive, family-centered care.
Gretel Diaz

As a Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience supporting children ages 2–18, I understand that every family has unique values and goals. My approach is simple, your family’s priorities come first, and together we’ll create a plan that truly fits your child’s needs.
With a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and as a proud mom of two little girls, I know both the science and the heart it takes to help children thrive.
My role is to guide and support our clinicians so therapy is not only effective, but also fun, engaging, and meaningful for your child.

With a kind and supportive approach, I strive to help each child grow while empowering families to feel confident and involved every step of the way.

Shanna Proudfit

I joined the Cornerstone family as a Regional Lead RBT, bringing experience in the field since 2010. I enjoy supporting fellow RBTs through encouragement, collaboration, and practical guidance. My passion and years of experience inspire me to think creatively and provide individualized, exceptional care to every client.
